Claims Notification Policy

Protocol for Accident & Loss Reporting

To ensure the efficient processing of international insurance claims and adherence to the Green Card system regulations, RECREX GROUP requires all notifications to follow specific legal and technical protocols.

1. Notification Channels

Official claim notifications must be submitted through our authorized channels to ensure legal validity:

  • NYXO Digital Portal: Our primary platform for real-time submission and tracking.
  • Dedicated Email: Specific regional addresses (e.g., claims@recrex.net).
  • Official Web Forms: Available on the RECREX GROUP corporate website.

2. Required Documentation

For a notification to be considered complete and to initiate the adjustment process, the following must be provided:

  • The European Accident Statement (Friendly Settlement) or a Police Report from the country of occurrence.
  • Clear photographic evidence of damages and the accident scene.
  • Identification of all involved parties (Insurance policies, Green Cards, and driver documents).

3. Reporting Deadlines

Claimants and partners are advised that most jurisdictions within the Council of Bureaux (CoB) impose strict time limits for reporting accidents. Failure to notify RECREX GROUP within the statutory periods may result in the loss of the right to compensation or recovery.

4. Communication & Anti-Fraud

By submitting a claim notification, you authorize RECREX GROUP to verify the provided data with national databases, police authorities, and other insurance carriers.

Legal Warning: Submission of false or exaggerated information during the notification process constitutes insurance fraud. RECREX GROUP strictly audits all incoming notifications and will take legal action against fraudulent claims.

5. Legal Effect

The acknowledgement of a claim notification does not constitute an admission of liability by RECREX GROUP or the represented Insurer. Liability is determined only after a full technical and legal investigation is completed through our TPA services.

6. Information Note on Data Processing

The processing of personal data provided during the notification process is governed by our specific GDPR information note for claims management.
